HvB carried out the full refurbishment of this raised ground floor apartment within a Grade II listed building with views over communal gardens. The apartment layout was reconfigured to comprise of a large reception room, kitchen with Gaggenau appliances, master bedroom with dressing room and ensuite bathroom, second bedroom with ensuite shower room and a separate guest cloakroom.
